                                         Ingredients: 
                                        2 potatoes, peeled and cut into thin wedges 
                                        1 tsp mustard seeds 
                                        2-3 dry red chillies, broken 
                                        1 tsp urad dal 
                                        3 tbsp oil 
                                        Salt to taste 
                                        Preparation: 
                                        Heat a little oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. When they start popping, add urad dal and broken red chillies. Stir for a minute. 
                                        Add the potato chips and stir-fry until translucent. Add turmeric power for color. 
                                        Add salt and mix well. Cook on low heat until the potatoes are done to your satisfaction.
