Tila laddu | Sankranti Special Instant Jaggery Sesame Ladoo | Konkani Recipe

Ingredients:

White Sesame seeds - 250 gm
Jaggery -250 gm
Peanut/groundnut handfull
Cardamom - 10 nos
Ghee- 1 table spoon

Preparation:

* * Heat a pan and roast sesame seeds.
* Once the splutter sound ends transfer the sesame seeds to a plate and let it cool.
* Dry roast 1/2 cup of peanuts till they get crispy.
* Remove the skin and crush in mixi jar on pulse mode.Keep it aside.
* Take out 3-4 spoons of sesame seeds and keep aside.
* Once it cools transfer the seeds into a mixi jaar.
* Add powdered jaggery and cardamom seeds into the same mixi jaar.
* Grind into powder.
* Take out this powder into a big plate. also add crushed peanut and ghee to it.
* Combine everything well. Take handful of mixture and give the shape of laddu by squeezing it
* If there is any difficulty in shaping add in some more jagery powder or ghee.
