Ingredients:- Green Chillies 6-8, Coriander leaves, Garlic cloves 8-10, Ginger big piece, Salt as per taste (we have used rock salt), 1/2 lemon juice, 2-3 table spoon red chilli powder, 1/2 table spoon turmeric powder, 3-4 table spoon rava, 2 table spoon rice flour. Preparation:
* First we need to prepare green masala paste. Put green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, salt in a mixi jar and prepare a fine paste. Special Tips:* Put bit more salt while preparing the green masala so that no need to put salt to the fish during marination. |
