Mooga Khichdi/Sweet Pongal

Ingredients:

Mung Beans 1 cup, Rice 2 cups, Grated Jaggery 2 cups, Grated coconut 1 cup, Cardamom 5-6, Ghee 1/2 cup, Cachew nuts 1 table spoon

Preparation:

1) Soak Mung beans in water for 2 hours.
2) After 2 hours cook these Mung beans with 2 cup of washed rice in a pressure cooker for 2 whistels. (add 8 cups of water and 1 table spoon ghee in the pressure cooker)
