Ingredients:
Raw Bananas -2
Grated coconut- 1 cup
Dry chillies (byadgi) -3 numbers
Hing- small size
Tamarind - small size
salt to taste
coconut oil 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tea spoon
Preparation:
* Wash and cut raw bananas into half
* Pressure cook them for two-three whistle with half cup water
* In a mixi jaar add grated coconut, dry chillies, tamarind, hing and salt.
* Grind into coarse masala by adding little water.
* Once pressure cooked bananas cool remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
* Add the ground masala into the banana and mix well.
* For tempering heat coconut oil and add in mustard seeds
* Add this tempering into banana mixture.
