Dudya Kale phodi | Pumpkin flower fritters/ Rawa shallow fry

Ingredients:

- Pumpkin flowers
- Rava/Sooji 1 big table spoon
- Salt
- Ghee

Preparation:

- Wash and clean each and every pumpkin flower properly (as they may have some worms). Please follow the cleaning process as shown in the video.
- Add very little salt and mix it well (please add less salt as this dish do not need more salt).
- Add 1 table spoon rava/sooji little by little and mix it well.
- Shallow fry these flowers on a pan with ghee or oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides coverning the lid.

Special Tips:

These flowers are available during rainy seasons. Clean each and every flowers properly as there may be worms which are not edible.
