Ingredients:Mangoes(6-8), Jaggery , Urad Daal 1 tbl spn, Green Chillies 2-3, Mustard Seeds 2 tbl spn, Curry Leaves 10, Grated Coconut/coconut milk (Optional) , Oil 3-4 tbl spn, Salt as per taste. Preparation:
* Wash the Mangoes properly, cut the tip of the mangoes properly and de-skin them all, squeeze the skin to extract the pulp and also squeeze few mangoes to extract the pulp as shown in the video Special Tips:Adding coconut milk or grated coconut is optional which will enhance the taste of the dish. This recipe goes well with poori or as a side dish with rice. Some people even eat this with rice :) |
