Ingredients:
1 Cup wheat flour
1 cup water
1/2 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon ghee
Preparation:
* Boil 1 cup water, add in 1/2 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon ghee and now add 1 cup wheat flour and give it a proper mix for 5 minutes until it is soft and cooked. Now switch off the gas.
* When it is still hot , add in some ghee or oil and knead the dough to get soft and fluffy dough to prepare chapatis.
* Now make into small balls and roll them to flat chapatis and fry the chapatis on tawa with some ghee or oil.
* Soft and very tasty chapatis are ready to be served with any curry of your choice.
