How to store Jackfruit Jam/Pulp for long period recipe:
* Ripe Jackfruit pods(without seeds)1 cup
* Jaggery powder 1 cup
* Salt to taste
Preparation:
Method For Jam/Pulp storing for long period:
* Add the jackfruit pulp and jaggery in a non-stick or heavy bottom pan.
* add a pinch of salt.
* stir everything well until it thickens a little.
* once it cools completely transfer to airtight container and store in freezer. It can be stored in freezer for many months.

For Jackfruit Bhakri
* 1/2 cup jackfruit jam/pulp
* Freshly grated coconut 1/2 cup
* cardamom powder 1/4 tea spoon
* salt to taste
* Sooji rava 3 table spoon
* ghee or oil
Preparation:
Method For Bhakri
* In a bowl add 1/2 cup of jackfruit jam.
* To this add Cardamom powder and salt
* Grated coconut and sooji
* Combine everything without adding water.If it is too sticky add some more sooji.
* Keep this dough aside for 15 minutes.
* After 15 minutes take a hand full of the dough and spread evenly on the banana leaf or butter paper.
* Apply ghee on both side and cook for 7-8 minutes on both sides on a very low gas flame on a pan until little cripy and golden brown in colour.
