- 1 Musk Melon
- 3 Cardamom
- 10 Black Pepper
- 1/2 lemon
* Deskin and Deseed the Musk Melon and cut them into small slices.
* In a mixi jar blend this musk melon into juice. Add water to adjust the consistency.
* In a mixi jar blend 1 table spoon sugar, 3 cardamom, 10 black pepper into power and then mix it with the musk melon juice.
* Add Jaggery as per sweetness required and very little salt for taste.
* Add 1/2 lemon juice to this and then mix it well and the "Chibbada Panak" is ready to be served.
- This panak can be done without musk melon and using only lemon or mango or bhind/cocum
