Lasni Kadhi


- Garlic Cloves 10, Grated coconut 1 cup, Dry red chillies 3-4, Tamarind small size, Salt as per taste [here we have used rock salt].


* Add grated coconut, red dry chillies, tamarind, 4 garlic cloves and little water in a mixi jar and grind into coarse paste.
* Keep remaining garlic cloves for tempering.
* Chutney is ready. Pour this paste in a maslin cloth and squeeze gently.
* Add some water to the squeezed masala and repeat the squeezing process again.
* To this kadhi add salt as per taste and give it a mix.
* For tempering heat 1/2 table spoon oil, Crush the remaining garlic cloves and add them in hot oil.
* Fry till they change to golden brown in colour.
* Add this into the prepared kadhi and our quick and simple garlic/lasni kadhi is ready to be served with hot rice.

* Goes will with hot rice and pickle.
