Ingredients:
		2 medium size sweet potatoes 
Grated coconut - 1 cup 
Jaggery 1.5 Cup 
Cardamom - 6 
 
		
		 Preparation:
		* Wash and cut the edges of sweet potatoes. Cut them into half. 
* Cook sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker over a stand and not directly in the water, for 2 whistles. 
* After the sweet potatoes are cooked, deskin them and cut into small bite size pieces. 
* Grind freshly grated coconut with cardamom and 1/2 cup water and extract the coconut milk.  
* In a bowl add this coconut milk, jaggery and mix this well until the jaggery is completely dissolved. Check the sweetness and adjust as per your taste. 
* Add cooked/ cut sweet potato pieces into this sweet coconut milk and give it a mix. 
* Mash small portion of these sweet potato pieces to thicken the consistency.
