Corn Salad/ Kosambari


Cooked Sweet Cron 2-3, Pomogranate seeds 1 cup, sliced cucumber one cup, Chillies 3-4, 2 Spoon Oil, Coriander Leaves, 1/2 Lemon, 1 tbl spn Mustard seeds, Salt as per taste.


* Take cooked sweet corn in a bowl, Add cucumber pieces.
* Add pomogranate and coriander leaves.
* Add chillies, little salt and lemon and mix well.
* For seasoning heat some oil and add mustard seeds.
* Cool the seasoning and then add this to the bowl and mix well.
* Corn salad or Kosambari is ready to be served.

Special Tips:

This salad is very tasty and can be eaten as snacks or as a side dish.
