Big Size Ladies Finger 10, Rava/Sooji one small cup, Salt as per taste, Oil.
* Cut the ladies finger into 4 pieces if they are big in size, else cut into 2 parts.
* Apply salt with some water to these pieces. Ladies finger take only little salt. So be careful while adding salt.
* Roll each piece in the rava and keep on the heated tava.
* Next put oil on all the pieces and close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until they become little brown from one side.
* Now open the lid and turn all the pieces to the other side.
* Now again close the lid and cook the pieces till they become soft. Do not over cook the ladies finger.
* Crispy and tasty ladies finger fries - "Bhende Phodi" is ready to be served.
Goes well as a side dish with rice. Serve them hot and crispy. Dont over cook ladies finger, other wise it will not be crispy.
