Mangoes(6-8), Jaggery , Urad Daal 1 tbl spn, Green Chillies 2-3, Mustard Seeds 2 tbl spn, Curry Leaves 10, Grated Coconut/coconut milk (Optional) , Oil 3-4 tbl spn, Salt as per taste.
* Wash the Mangoes properly, cut the tip of the mangoes properly and de-skin them all, squeeze the skin to extract the pulp and also squeeze few mangoes to extract the pulp as shown in the video
Adding coconut milk or grated coconut is optional which will enhance the taste of the dish. This recipe goes well with poori or as a side dish with rice. Some people even eat this with rice :)
